(registered address: 1023 Budapest, Lajos u. 28-32., company registration number: 01-09-860581) (the “Project Company”), the owner of Bécsi Corner Irodaház (Bécsi Corner Office Block) with a 10,243 sqm gross leasable area, registered by Budapest Capital Government Office Land Registry Department District XI Circuit Office under the lot number 14789, located at 1023 Budapest, Bécsi út 33. (the “Property”).
